We had the pleasure of meeting Wayne when building our home. Consummate professional - he would take the time to explain what needed to be done, why, and options to stay within budget. With Wayne it felt like we had a family member watching out for us. He made time to do calls coordinated with my husband while he was outside the country regarding project status and was always quick to reply to a question. Wayne built my custom home last year near Brookshire/Pattison on the family farm. I made several add-ons during the process changing things on a weekly basis. He made these changes keeping my budget in range and quality in mind. The process wasn't without difficulty considering the Texas weather but ran smoothly in spite of the deluge of rain storms that year. We worked with Wayne in building our new home on country property bought 20 years prior.  We picked a plan that closet fit what we wanted and then sat down with him to iron out the customization/changes as wanted.  Wayne and I once sat for 3 hours just on the kitchen alone.  And what a kitchen it is!   He listened to all my wants and hopes and made it happen.  We had several meetings along the way and before we left each time he made sure we were happy with the plan and any changes to it.  We've lived in our house almost two years now and  just love the house.  It's comfortable, beautiful, and strong.  We could not be happier to have worked with Wayne.  He listens.  Then he executes.  And before you sign off on your home, he meets again for a walk thru to make certain the customer is fully satisfied.  On a personal note, Wayne always made me feel like I could ask for any meeting, any change, or ask any question whether to build the house to our exactitude or just to understand fully the process, the financials, and/or the certainty of craftsmanship.  He is a man of integrity and his word counts.  We are very thankful to have had him and his team building our dream home.
